THE STORY (EN)

The Aegean Aurora Shell Dish looks as if it has just risen from the sea at first light. Its translucent body folds into itself like a seashell captured mid-movement, while gold and silver flakes radiate from the centre like a private sunrise. The whole form feels fluid and alive, yet perfectly still – a piece of frozen light shaped for people who curate their homes as carefully as they curate their wardrobes.

From the front it resembles a luminous fan of water, from the side – a soft cresting wave. The opening at the base gives it an almost architectural character, as if the object could be a tiny portal carved in crystal rock. When placed on a console, bedside table or bathroom shelf, it does not shout; it glows quietly, throwing subtle reflections onto the surface below and onto any jewellery, crystals or small treasures you choose to place nearby.

The irregular ripples across the surface celebrate wabi-sabi: no two lines are identical, each ridge catches light differently, and that is exactly where the luxury lives. Aegean Aurora Shell Dish wygląda tak, jakby właśnie wynurzyła się z morza o świcie. Jej półprzezroczyste ciało zawija się w siebie jak muszla zatrzymana w ruchu, a złote i srebrne płatki promieniują z centrum niczym prywatny wschód słońca. Cała forma jest płynna, pełna życia, a jednocześnie absolutnie nieruchome – to kawałek zamrożonego światła, zaprojektowany dla osób, które swoje domy aranżują tak uważnie, jak garderobę.

Z przodu przypomina świetlisty wachlarz wody, z boku – miękką, unoszącą się falę. Otwór u podstawy nadaje jej niemal architektoniczny charakter, jakby obiekt był miniaturowym portalem wyrzeźbionym w krysztale.
